Drone Strike In Kabul
Causes Major Incident

Kabul explosion with people around the site

A drone strike in Kabul about a month ago killed 10 civilians, 7 of which were children. This was caused by the U.S. Military which in response gave an apology. The pentagon gave the justification in which they explained that the drone was supposed to kill an Islamic State suicide bomber who was posing a threat. As much as we can think about criticizing the pentagon and the U.S. military for this mistake, both of them apologized, which for the pentagon is rare. As dealing with deaths made in other countries, the US Military does not record those deaths.
Following the incident occurred many reports came out saying that the drone strike took place in a neighborhood west of Kabul’s Hamid Karzai international airport, which stated before killed civilians including children. When the Islamic Suicide bomber killed 13 U.S troops 3 days have already gone by. Now that the U.S. is leaving Afghanistan this incident still carries weight but is now something being left in the past, and for better or for worse will be in history books.
Although the tensions with the United States and Afghanistan are now being controlled. Many still beg the question if the United States will involve themselves with any more battles, nevertheless many civilians are scared about the impact of this fight. However, the battle is now behind us and we should just be more careful of what comes to us in the future. Whether it's good or bad we should find a better future for all of us.
